We aim to make our cinemas as accessible as reasonably possible by removing barriers to access however at some of our older locations this may not be possible due to the age of the building or the construction techniques used when they were built. Where only some screens at a cinema are accessible by guests with restricted mobility, the cinema teams will rotate screenings so that most films will show in an accessible screen at some point in their engagement at the cinema.
To check for wheelchair accessible performances simply select the “Wheelchair friendly” filter when viewing the performances at your cinema. If you require a wheelchair space, simply select the “Wheelchair Accessible” section, select the number and type of tickets you require then simply drag and drop then onto the seating plan onto the wheelchair seating section. If you have any problems or simply want to ask a question, please contact our “Disability and Accessibility Helpline”.
If you don’t require a wheelchair space but do require someone to facilitate your visit to the cinema, please check our “Guests requiring assistance” section to see how you can get a free ticket for your companion.
You can find out about the accessible facilities available at our cinema in the “Cinema Information” section and for more detailed information about the accessibility of our screens, please refer to our “Auditorium Information” section.
