An inspiring experience for all
We passionately believe the inspiring cinema experience should be open to all. When you come to see us at ODEON Salisbury, we’ll do all we can to make you feel welcome and comfortable – if there’s anything you need, just ask one of your cinema hosts.
Our unique cinema is in a historic Listed building, which limits our ability to offer full accessibility throughout.
Screens 2, 3 & 4 are fully accessible, with permanent wheelchair spaces in each. All wheelchair spaces are accompanied by a companion seat.
Due to the nature of the building Screens 1 and 5 are only accessible via a staircase, so are not fully accessible.
Entry to our fully accessible Screens 2, 3 & 4 is via a separate designated entrance on Catherine Street (reached from outside) – please ask at the Box Office and our team will be delighted to help with access.
Accessible Toilet facilities are easily accessed from Screens 2, 3 & 4; and so are our retail stands serving scrumptious snacks and delicious drinks. All our tills and service points have hearing induction loops.
All screens are fitted with dual channel infra red systems enabling Audio Description (film specific) or extra amplification of the sound track using headsets that are available from our cinema hosts.
Check our film times for specific subtitled performances & also for any special screenings for our guests with autism.
CEA Card: As part of a general cinema industry initiative, all our cinemas accept the CEA Card which entitles the holder to one free ticket for their carer. For further information please visit www.ceacard.co.uk (opens in a new window).
