Disabled facilities

Location Of Cinema
ODEON Streatham is situated on Streatham High Road. The cinema has multiple bus routes operating from the bus stop approximately 50 metres from the cinemas entrance. The nearest train stations are Stretaham and Streatham Hill train stations; both are just half a mile away further down Streatham High Road. Bus services run past the train stations; they are approximately a ten minute walk away.

Street parking is available around the cinema off Streatham High Road, with the nearest Blue Badge parking space on Pendennis Road, just to the right of the cinemas building. The nearest public car park is Tooting Bec pay and display car park located approximately fifteen minutes walk away; it is situated on Doctor Johnson Avenue.

Due to the nature of the venue, taxi and car drop off is not practical outside the cinema. The best tax and car drop off point is either side of the cinemas building, approximately 50 metres from the cinema entrance.

Access To The Cinema
The cinema entrance is on Streatham High Road. Access to the foyer is via stairs and push/pull doors or via the ramp to the right of the building and a set of automatic doors. All areas of the foyer are level access with lowered counters at the box office, refreshments stand and ticket machines. If you require any assistance, please ask a member of the team.

Screens 4 to 8 are located on the ground floor, with Screens 1 to 3 on the first floor. Screens 1, 2, 3 and 8 are not accessible to Wheelchair users or those with limited mobility; Screens 1, 2 and 3 are located on the first floor, with Screen 8 on the ground floor. Access to these Screens is only via stairs with handrails.

There are two guest seating areas on the first floor.

Male and female washrooms are available within the ground floor and first floor concourses towards the Screen entrances. Fully accessible washrooms are situated on the ground floor; four on the ground floor located by the entrances to Screens 4 and 6 and 7.

Access Within Screens
Screens 1, 2, 3 and 8 are not accessible to Wheelchair users or those with limited mobility; Screens 1, 2 and 3 are located on the first floor, with Screen 8 on the ground floor. Access to these Screens is only via stairs with handrails. Screens 4 to 8 are located on the ground floor. Two stair lifts are available in the cinema for access to Screens 5 and 7; these are restricted to a weight of 200kg.

Screen 1 has three front blocks of seats divided by two stepped parallel aisles, with a further back main section of seats. The back block is accessed by aisles with stairs; handrails are available.

Screens 2 to 8 consist of two blocks of seats separated by a central stepped aisle. The aisles steps down towards the Screen with handrails available.

Screen 4, 5, 6 and 7 have Wheelchair bays available. Screens 4 and 7 have one single Wheelchair bay available to the rear of the Screen. Screens 5 and 6 have three single Wheelchair bays available.

All Wheelchair bays have adjacent companion seating available.

Location of Washroom Facilities
Male and female washrooms are available within the ground floor and first floor concourses towards the Screen entrances. Fully accessible washrooms are situated on the ground floor; four on the ground floor located by the entrances to Screens 4 and 6 and 7.
