Driving Directions

From the North and Midlands or South West (M5) and from South Wales and Bristol via the M4 East.

At junction 18 of the M4 (Bath/Stroud) take the A36 south towards Bath. On joining the dual carriageway at the bottom of the hill take the right-hand lane (A4 Chippenham & Bradford on Avon). At the next roundabout (A4/A363) take the third exit (A363 Bradford on Avon). In Bradford on Avon follow signs for Trowbridge. When you enter Trowbridge keep to the A363 following signs for 'Through traffic' after passing County Hall (to your right) at the next large traffic controlled roundabout keep to the left and exit onto Castle St. At the next roundabout take the third exit and follow the road to the end, where you will find the Cinema.

From the East and London via the M4 West.

At Junction 17 of the M4 (Chippenham/Cirencester) take the A350 south, by-pass Chippenham and follow the A350 to Melksham, following signs for Trowbridge, after Melksham take the A361 Devizes Road. When you enter Trowbridge keep following signs for the A361. You will eventually see tesco to your left, at the next large traffic controlled roundabout take the fifth exit onto Castle Street. At the next roundabout take the third exit and follow the road to the end, where you will find the cinema.

From the South, Salisbury and Warminster via the A36.

On the A36 past Warminster and at Beckington take the A361 east for Trowbridge, travel through Southwick and enter Trowbridge on the A361. When you enter Trowbridge keep following signs for the A361. You will eventually come to a large traffic controlled roundabout take the third exit onto Castle Street. At the next roundabout take the third exit and follow the road to the end, where you will find the cinema.

Public Transport

The leisure park is served by bus services operating from multiple bus stops within the area; the nearest is located outside the Town Hall on Market Street, operating the most buses throughout the local area including the Number 66, 67, 185, 234, 236, 237, 264, 265 and X34.

The nearest train station is the Trowbridge train station situated approximately ten to fifteen minutes walk from the leisure park entrance, just off Stallard Street. The train station also operates numerous bus services from directly outside.

Location Of Cinema
ODEON Trowbridge is located within the St Stephens Place Leisure Park, just to the south of Trowbridge town centre; situated next to the Civic Centre and park.

The leisure park is served by bus services operating from multiple bus stops within the area; the nearest is located outside the Town Hall on Market Street, operating the most buses throughout the local area including the Number 66, 67, 185, 234, 236, 237, 264, 265 and X34.

The nearest train station is the Trowbridge train station situated approximately ten to fifteen minutes walk from the leisure park entrance, just off Stallard Street. The train station also operates numerous bus services from directly outside.

The nearest car park is the Castleplace multi storey car park, located opposite the leisure park. There are multiple Blue Badge parking spaces available on the ground floor.

The taxi and car drop off point is situated directly outside the cinema on Castle Street.

The access to the main entrance of the cinema is level with two sets of double doors; the right hand set are automatic doors.

Access To The Cinema
There is level access to the box office, refreshments stand, ticket machines and the Beech Dean Ice Cream stand.

The ticket machines are located to the immediate left and right of the cinemas entrance; a lowered ticket machine is to the right of the entrance. Lowered counters are available at the box office and refreshments stand. If you require any assistance, please ask a member of the team.

A guest seating area is available to the right of the main entrance.

Male and female washrooms are located just past the ticket check towards the Screen entrances. Both male and female washrooms have a fully accessible cubicle with handrails. There is a further fully accessible washroom situated adjacent the entrance to Screen 2.

Access Within Screens
All the Screens at ODEON Trowbridge are fully accessible with Wheelchair bays available. All the auditoriums have stadium style seating with stepped aisles towards the back of the Screens. Handrails are available on at least one aisle within each Screen; this does not apply to Screens 1 and 6 that have central aisles with no handrails.

All auditoriums have a gentle slope from the entrance into the Screen. Screens 1 and 6 have a central stepped aisle with no handrails available, dividing the seating into two separate blocks. Screens 2, 3, 4 and 5 have aisles either side a central block of seating.

All the Screens have a front level block of seats where the Wheelchair bays are situated at the rear. Screens 1, 4, 6 and 7 have two single Wheelchair bays. Screens 2, 3 and 5 have three single Wheelchair bays available.

All Wheelchair bays have adjacent companion seating.

Location Of Washroom Facilities
Male and female washrooms are located just past the ticket check towards the Screen entrances. Both male and female washrooms have a fully accessible cubicle with handrails. There is a further fully accessible washroom situated adjacent the entrance to Screen 2.
