By bus:
Bus Services 7, 13, 23, 27, 36, 70 and Airbus A2 all serve either Queensway or Westbourne Grove.

By tube:
Both the CIRCLE and DISTRICT Line Tube (Bayswater Station) serve the area and are both a short walk of Whiteley’s Shopping Centre. The Queensway Station on the CENTRAL Lines Tube has now re-opened and Royal Oak station on the HAMMERSMITH and CITY Line is also just a 5 minute walk away.

Driving Directions

The Whiteley’s Shopping Centre is located at the Westbourne Grove end of Queensway.
Queensway can be accessed from either Bayswater Road or Westbourne Grove and is close to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Paddington.

Odeon Whiteleys is on the second floor of the Shopping Centre.
Local Facilities

Whiteley’s shopping centre has a wide variety of both mainstream & designer shops. These include; Marks & Spencer, Oasis, Knickerbox, J.D. Sports, Whittards, Books etc, The Gap, Ernest Jones, HMV, H & M, Zara.

There is a Halifax Building Society and American Express Foreign Exchange.

The entire second floor is occupied by restaurants and fast food outlets, including Ask Pizza, Ma Potters, Starbucks & Mamma Amalfi amongst others.

Along Queensway, you will find many of the normal High Street shops and restaurants as well as most of the major Banks & Building Societies.
Disabled Facilities

Full wheelchair access is available in each screen, although access to Screens 1 to 4 and the upper floor is via a service lift. An infrared sound system is installed in all our auditoriums for those guests who are hard of hearing. In 2006 we will also be installing digital subtitling equipment and audio descript into some of our screens, please visit our website to keep updated on this progress. As part of a general cinema industry initiative all our cinemas accept the CEA card, which entitles the holder to one free ticket for their accompanying carer.

Many current and forthcoming film releases have a strong relevance to subjects covered in the national curriculum, provoking discussion and debate in an inspirational way. With media and communication becoming ever-popular choices, the cinema can provide a useful and relevant study aid for further and higher education.
