There are three different Film Fan Packages in ODEON Première Club. Each package has a one-off payment; a Classic Film Fan Package costs £1.99 with 100 introductory ODEON Points added to your account, a Deluxe Film Fan Package costs £4.99 with 500 introductory ODEON Points or an Ultimate Film Fan Package costs £9.99 with 1000 introductory ODEON Points with one month double ODEON Points.  The introductory ODEON Points will be available on your account 72 hours after joining.

You can earn Points on:
Purchases of cinema tickets (including at automatic ticket machines), all ODEON Plus screenings, food and drink (including ODEON Costa), redeeming paper gift vouchers / electronic gift cards at the cinema Box Office, cinema tickets via the Website/Mobile Website/Apps, and any applicable Remote Booking Fees at participating ODEON Cinemas.

Excludes:
Purchases via the ODEON Filmline; purchases of tickets for Charity and special screenings; alcoholic drinks; goods and services sold on behalf of a third party; corporate or school purchases; purchases of paper gift vouchers / electronic gift cards, and any promotional vouchers/incentives.

Anyone over the age of 16 can join the ODEON Première Club.

Once you have joined ODEON Première Club you will receive your ODEON Première Club card, literature on the benefits and, for in-cinema registrations only, a registration form and pre-addressed envelope for your registration form. Terms and conditions Apply.

Once sold, tickets are not exchangeble or refundable. However in certain circumstances tickets can be cancelled and points refunded at the managers discretion.

You can amend all of your personal details online by logging on to your web account at the top of every website page and click on 'my details’.

Please report all lost ODEON Première Club cards by calling the ODEON Première Club helpline on 0871 224 0321 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) or send us a message using our 'Contact Us' page (opens in a new window).

If your card is damaged - a replacement ODEON Première Club card can be ordered by sending in your old card (ensuring you take a note of your card number), a self addressed envelope and a contact telephone number to Freepost ODEON Première Club.

Earned ODEON Points are usually added to your account within 24 hours of the performance, points earned on retail will be added within 24 hours (please note that in some cases it can take up to 3 days).

If your ODEON Points have not been credited to your ODEON Première Club account then please call 0871 224 0321 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).

Depending on how you´ve earned your points, they´ll normally be available for you to redeem at different times.

Introductory ODEON Points – 3 days from the day after you join the Club.
ODEON Points on film tickets – 24 hours after the performance has ended
ODEON Points on retail items – within 24 hours

Your ODEON Points will be reported on the left hand side of the web page when you are logged into your account and in cinemas on the bottom of your receipt in the form of a balance summary and on your online account as a full transaction statement.

It is not possible to redeem ODEON Points from multiple ODEON Première Club cards. If more than one card is to be used, two different transactions will need to be made.

It is only possible to earn ODEON Points on family or friends ticket and/or retail purchases if you are making payment for them.

It is not possible to credit your ticket and retail purchases to a friend or families ODEON Première Club card, however if you are over 16 years old then you can join the ODEON Première Club by selecting here (opens in a new window) or at your local ODEON cinema.

The simplest way to get these points added to your ODEON Première Club Card is to keep hold of your receipts and tickets and present them to a team member at the box office on your next visit to any ODEON cinema.

If you are an ODEON Première Club member and a Costa Coffee Club member, you can choose whether you wish to earn ODEON Points with ODEON Première Club or Costa points with Costa Coffee Club on goods you purchase at ODEON Costa Stores. You can’t use both loyalty cards in a single transaction.

You cannot redeem Points against: purchases via the ODEON Filmline; purchases of alcohol; purchases of paper or electronic gift vouchers; Costa Coffee; purchases of goods and services sold on behalf of a third party and purchases of tickets to private showings. Points cannot be redeemed until your Card is activated and the Points credited to your account, and Introductory Points cannot be redeemed during the 3 days after the day you joined the Club. When purchasing tickets online, ensure you are logged into your ODEON Première Club account to have your account information attached to your booking. Film Fan Monday gives all our ODEON Première Club cardholders a fantastic 25% off their ticket price every Monday! (discount does not apply to Remote Booking Fee when booking online).  Only applies to one ticket for the cardholders personal use only and only for performances on Monday. Does not apply to Child or Family tickets and only applies to Teen tickets where the cardholder is 16 or 17. Yes. The Remote Booking Fee of 50 ODEON Première Club points is a fee for booking your tickets remotely.  If you do not wish to pay the Remote Booking Fee you can still purchase your tickets at the cinema Box Office or ATM where no Remote Booking Fee will apply.

ODEON Première Club members can get an online discount when booking standard and Premier tickets online, and through our iPhone and Android apps and through our mobile site.

Discount will be applied to the price of the ticket only, and will not be applied to the Remote Booking Fee.
