Good, but bit boring at the beginning

The film was well made. However I have to say that the first 1 hour it bit long and boring, I knew it was for building up the character, however it was a bit slow-moving. Should shrink it to at most 30mins. The rest were very good. This film does not have the typical "film" feel, possibly contributed to its faster frame rate. It felt more "live" as a TV show. Maybe I should compare it with a standard version to see the difference :)
Excellent!

having read reviews on what people experienced when watching a film in 48fps, i though to myself that this is a load of twaddle. Which it is! the amount of depth in the image is amazing with the doubled frame rate, not to mention the fact that it is a lot smoother! i diddnt have any side effects at all. besides that, this film is excellent! a must see for anyone who is into the whole LOTR scene. i am definitely going to watch this film again! i feel as though there are a lot of haters towards 3d. But probably never experienced IMAX HFR 3d!!!!! theyre missing out!
