It was okay.

Honestly, the only people I've come across who enjoyed this movie were either Heath Ledger fans or those who are head-over-heels with all these special effects. My verdict...it's overrated. The only thing I enjoyed about this movie was Ledger's performance, which was outstanding, by the way. But other than that, it was just another action comic movie with lots of 'cool' effects. Towards the end of the movie, I kept looking at my watch.....

I went to see The Dark Knight and thought it might not be that good, but it was by far one of the best films I have ever seen in my life.

The special effects were fantastic, the storyline was not over-complicated and made sense, and Heath Ledger as The Joker was nothing other than genius!

You have to buy or watch this film as it is one of the best films ever made! loved it!

The best batman film i have seen. I am no batman fan but do love action and spiderman. This is better then spiderman!

The plot is thick as it could get and you have to be really listening and have a great concentration for this movie. Im not sure it would suit younger children, simply because they will get bored.

Its also slightly boring in places with scenes that could have been cut.

But when this film is good its bloddy amazing! The action is great, i found 2hrs 25 went quick and didnt feel like 2hrs 25, that is a long time and this film didnt feel it!!!

The late Heath Ledger is great as the joker, this one is more scary and real. The best joker i have seen. In fact you find yourself looking for the joker throughout the film, there never seems to be enough of him. Tho batman is also very very good.

If you love long action films and can concentrate and appreciate this movie then it is truly great.

At the end of the film all i could think of was im never going to see this version of the joker played again! Its a sad thought he was great!
