‘XXY’ is the story of Alex, a 15 year old adolescent facing monumental life decisions that most would never have to confront. Alex (Ines Efron) was born an intersex child (with both male and female genitalia).
‘XXY’ develops into a heart felt story of Alex beginning to discover her sexuality, and after a prompted visit by friends of the family, she is attracted to the son, Alvaro (Martin Piroyanski), forcing both families to face their worst fears.
