What´s the plot?
Director Wes Anderson makes his animation debut with an adaptation of Roald Dahl's classic children's story, ‘Fantastic Mr Fox’.

Featuring the voices of George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Jason Schwartzman, and Bill Murray, ‘Fantastic Mr Fox’ follows three evil farmers, Boggis, Bunce, and Bean, as they try and protect their chickens from the audacious Mr Fox. As the trio resort to ever more extreme tactics, Mr Fox and his friends must use all their cunning to claim the food that is rightfully theirs.

Very funny, but a lot of the humour is adult (in the sense of dry, smart, sophisticated, etc.).

This is a very original and very funny adaptation which both kids and adults will enjoy - highly recommended !

I went to see this film with my auntie and younger cousins. I was a bit apprihensive because the animation looked a bit wierd but the film grew on me as I watched. The jokes are witty and the animation clever. The voices are really good choices too. The only thing was that the trailer and original novel was clearly aimed at kids. My cousin Anna, who's 6 was figiting and a bit so I would not recommend this to kids younger than 8 or 9 as the humor may go over thier heads a bit!
