'My Name is Khan' tells the moving story of Rizvan Khan, a Muslim who has Asperger’s Syndrome and moves from India to San Francisco to live with his brother and sister-in-law. There he falls in love with Mandira and they marry and set up a business. However, following 9/11 attitudes to Muslims changes and the pressure forces Rizvan and Mandrina apart.
Confused and upset, Rizvan sets out on a journey across America to win her back.
