What´s the plot?
Sci-fi thriller ‘Chronicle’ tells the cautionary tale of three Oregon high school friends who develop amazing powers after being exposed to a mysterious substance deep in the woods.

Initially using their newfound skills for fun, they soon find that darker forces are at work as their lives begin to take a sinister turn.

Right - here goes!!!
This movie is shot like Paranormal Activity, ok. So - it asks you to beleive its all real and gritty just like a home movie.
So far - so good
BUT and its a BIG but ...
Suddenly they can fly and all we get is 3 teens giggling about it.
Be serious (as it asks us to be) is that how you would react. It quickly loses ALL credibility :(
Shame cos the special effects and the main idea are worthy of better but it ends up being rather silly.

Besides the background special effects is not really realistic, the story is solid with teenager against family violence, friendship and super power. Like it far more than what I thought.

This film was terrible. It was far fetched and cringeworthy at parts. The only good thing about it was that it only lasted just under and hour and a half.
