What's the plot?
Based on real events, thriller ‘Argo’ reveals the previously classified truth behind the miraculous escape of six Americans during the Iranian hostage crisis of 1979.

Directed by and starring Ben Affleck (‘The Town’, ‘Armageddon’), the film takes us deep into enemy territory as CIA ‘exfiltration’ specialist Tony Mendez masterminds a daring plan to whisk the U.S. citizens to safety from the chaos of a country gripped by revolutionary fervour and anti-American sentiment.

Argo also features Bryan Cranston (‘Drive’) and John Goodman (‘The Artist’).

I went on off chance after seeing it on app was on 11am Tuesday. I didn't realise it was a senior service viewing as I had just wanted to see the film after winning Oscar.

It was great from start to finish, Ben Affleck acting with amazing (and he was directing it as well). The 2 LA producers were great in there roles as well. The pace of the story was great with will they, it was good to see the ending as well. Also with only 2 adverts before film starts was really good. The hall was very full and you can see why.

not a bad film, a lot of politics and a lot of scenes in the office, wouldn't say it's as good as it's hyped up to be.. The story itself is very cool just seems like a hero story for america and ben affleck...
