What's the plot?
From the directors of ‘Little Miss Sunshine’, comedy romance ‘Ruby Sparks’ tells the incredible tale of a successful novelist whose latest character takes on a whole life of her own.

When his latest literary efforts are hampered by a serious case of writer’s block and a complete absence of love in his life, he creates his ideal partner Ruby. But little does he realise his fictional creation will leap from the pages and straight into his life.

‘Ruby Sparks’ stars Paul Dano (‘Cowboys & Aliens’) and Zoe Kazan (‘It’s Complicated’).

Kind of saw this film by mistake...... what a good mistake.!!!!
I loved this film, I would reccomend it to most age groups.
I loved the actors, the strange story that gradually unravels.... good music..... yes... loved it!!!!

A highly enjoyable film with perfect pitch and pace. The characters were credible as, (somehow), was the storyline - a fantasy the viewer wants to believe in. Well cast with the lead characters in sparkingl form. Forget about the 'romcom' aspect just sit back and enjoy an excellent all round production.
