What's the plot?

Han is a Public Servant who seeks a stable life, he is respected in his work place especially for his ability to calmly deal with confrontational situations.
One day he receives a noise complaint against an indie rock band and he forces them to relocate from their residential rehearsal space. The band decides to hound him wherever he goes in an effort to make him find them a new practice space, which he finally does: his own basement. Will he ever find the tranquillity he once had or will he find a new and more fulfilled life amid the chaos?
