This is NOT a remake!
As for the movie itself, it was a good watch. I wasn't excited about the cast beforhand but they turned out to be a strong set. The only drawback for me was predictability, but this was made up for with the design and imagery that made this film exciting. All in all, four stars out of five. I enjoyed myself and this movie is a step in the right direction for a franchise that has made some mistakes in the past. All is forgiven.
