Very gory, made just like the original but with a modern day effect! Great watch!

Not worth paying for, I want that hour and a half back . . . . Loose plot, way off the original, badly acted in parts, considering the cgi available some of the effects are laughable in parts...... I should have known better after reading some of the reviews....

Loved the original and I'm very pleased with this film. This film is everything it claims to be. It's gory, tense, scary, fun and almost entirely CGI free! True enough to the original but has it's own character. I don't usually enjoy remakes but I've decided to make an exception. Great saturday night viewing material as long as you're not expecting Shawshank, it's not that type of film and nor should it be. :)
