The countdown is on, as the infamous robots in disguise prepare to crash onto our big screens, in the epic and eagerly anticipated sequel ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’. Legendary director Michael Bay (Transformers, The Island), delivers a high-octane adrenaline-fuelled spectacular as Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) joins the Autobots in a blistering battle against their sworn enemies and rogue Transformers, the Decepticons.
Prepare for awe inspiring action scenes as the Transformers make Earth their battleground, and both the Autobots and the Decepticons enlist new hi-spec and ultra destructive robots in disguise. The Autobots, led once more by the awesome Optimus Prime, will see the return of everyone’s favourite Transformers team in the shape of weapons expert Ironhide, medic Ratchet and Sam Witwicky’s buddy, Bumblebee. But for a war of this magnitude the old crew won’t be enough, so ex –Decepticon Jetfire, female Autobot Arcee, Jolt, and the Twins Skids & Mudflap, are pumped up and ready for action.
Will this team of Autobots be enough to reign victorious in the face of the overwhelming Decepticon onslaught?
The battle is on and in true Transformers style the Decepticons have risen to the challenge by enlisting a whole new school of evil robots. In the last installment we witnessed the wicked Megatron destroyed by the Autobots, but this won’t hold back the Decepticons, who are now under the leadership of evil Scorponok. As if that wasn’t enough, they are backed up by an army of brutal robots - including Sideways, Ravage, Soundwave (now a satellite orbiting Earth), The Doctor, Wheelie, Demolishor and the seven constructicons that make up Devestator. And, of course, there’s the ultra terrifying Transformer driving the plot known only as The Fallen.
The Decepticons are ready to strike, the Autobots are ready to defend; who will come out on top in ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’?
