‘Journey to the Center of the Earth’ stars Brendan Fraser (The Mummy films, Looney Tunes: Back in Action) as a science professor whose untraditional hypotheses have made him the laughing stock of the academic community. But on an expedition in Iceland, he and his nephew stumble upon a major discovery that launches them on a thrilling journey deep beneath the Earth’s surface, where they travel through never-before-seen worlds and encounter a variety of unusual creatures.
Directed by Academy Award-winning visual effects veteran Eric Brevig (Total Recall, Pearl Harbor), this promises to be as groundbreaking as ‘The Matrix’.
‘Journey to the Center of the Earth’ – Showing at ODEON.

myself and my 7yr old daughter both loved this film!she says it was really funny and i liked the roller coaster bit and the fish and dinosaur looked like they were coming out at me and made me jump!"the film was action packed from the beginning and i really enjoyed it.
THERE IS NO EXCITEMENT AT ALL THE DINOSAUR DIES IN 2 MINUTES KILLER PLANTS DIE IN 10 SECONDS I WAS BORED THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE FILM AND WILL FOREVER REGRET GOING TO SEE IT IT IS JUST SO INDESCRIBABLE OF HOW AWFUL THIS FILM IS I CAN GO ON FOR YEARS OF SAYING HOW BAD THIS FILM IS BUT IM BUT WHATEVER YOU DO WITH YOUR LIFE DO NOT SEE THIS FILM EVER
The plus of watching this film is that is 3D. Overall is watchable and at times enjoyable. Brendan Fraser lacks character in his role but then that could be down to a poorly written script. equally the story line lacks depth as it is all mainly about the effects. be prepared for some disappointment if you have read any of Jules Verne's books. Mainly I would recomend this film to a very young audience because they will enjoy watching it in 3D and because it is about adventure
When Skeeter Bronson starts to tell his niece and nephew bedtime stories, little does he realise that they will start to come true. Hilarious family comedy starring Adam Sandler.
