What´s the plot?
Written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, and starring Brad Pitt, ‘Inglourious Basterds’ is set in Nazi-occupied France during World War II.

When Shosanna Dreyfus (Mélanie Laurent) witnesses the execution of her family by the Nazis, she flees to Paris and becomes a cinema owner.

Elsewhere, Lieutenant Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt) organises a group of Jewish soldiers to bring down the leaders of The Third Reich. Soon the soldiers’ mission takes them to Shosanna’s cinema, where she is preparing to carry out a revenge of her own.

If you liked ‘Pulp Fiction’ and ‘Defiance’, you’ll love ‘Inglourious Basterds’.

By far THE worst film I have ever seen, I thought it was boring, and just really annoying don't understand that ODEON have said that this is in the ENGLISH language, the whole film is mainly in french/german and is subtitled, there is a bit of english but the film is mainly dominated by french and german, was VERY disappointed that it doesn't tell you it was subtitled, I like to go and watch a film NOT read it. My personal opinion is that this has got to be Quentin's WORST film ever, there are few good bits and it is a little funny, but not that much

Come on face it, this is a WAR movie where gruesome things happened. I'm quite fed up with the glossed-over films that portrayed WWII as heroes Vs villains but without too much bloodshed, because it might scare off the Namby Pamby members of our society; if they don't like it, what do they expect from a Tarantino film set in WWII ? More gore & realism is what I say, and less of the pseudo middle class whingers.
Great scalping scenes.
