Powerful, gut wrenching

Hunger is raw, intense, emotional and not for the squeamish. It's a testament to the inner strength that lies within the hearts and minds of those committed to taking a stand against injustice and oppression. The hunger strike was an extraordinary gesture of defiance. You feel shattered after watching it but resolved to overcome your own moral weakness.
