Not so great.

My love for Werewolf transformations pushed my rating to 3 stars rather than 2. Its mediocre narrative and slow pacing bored me, it is pre-concieved as being a magnificent thriller, but is more like a semi-entertaining genre ambigious film. Father - son tentions and werewolf transformations occupy the screen and leaves little room for an actual interesting plot.
A great film with great performances
Reviewer: A dark, fresh spin on the old tale!

You would think that the old tale of a Werewolf would be getting to old nowadays to bring back into modern day cinema. But think again! A great new spin on the tale keeps you on the edge of your seat, with jumps and scares around every corner. Performances from the brilliant Emily Blunt, Benicio Del Toro and of course Anthony Hopkins finishes the film of well, with the only down side being a slightly predictable ending! Still a good film. 7/10
