Watchable, but this should be The Final Destination.

The fourth entry into the series and with each passing film they get steadily worse. I loved the first one, the second was very good and the third I enjoyed but this one is pretty much terrible.
Acting was okay and I found Shantel VanSaten and Haley Webb who played the two main characters and were a couple mildly endearing, the special effects were good and some of the 3D was impressive but it can't disguise a recycled chessy script, thin cardboard characters and repetitve deaths. Still I found it funny really, which I don't think was the films intention. I enjoyed it enough to the end and it's just silly harmless fun but it's obvious the director is desperate to cash in on the previous sequels. It's been good fun but this film should be The Final Destination otherwise if more are made it's going to become tiresome and it was lose it's reputation as a great franchise. You should only see this to just rent out on DVD for a night. It's not worth buying on DVD.

With all the hype the trailers etc this film looked top draw material. But on viewing the most disappointing film i have seen all year. The 3D was ok (just!) some of the effects were laughable and indeed it was definately more a comedy flim that scary. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
Good stuff

We all know that the Final Destination movies are never going to win any oscars but you can't beat them for sheer mindless entertainment value and originality. Nasty, cheesy and rubbish acting but so worth a watch.
