Sexually twisted Movie

I thought this film had all the makings of a great story but I think it lets itself down. Alot of the detail is glossed over and only sexuality is given more importance over the actual plot. I must admit, I found it intersting but still left rather disappointed.
Excellent

I was glued to the screen throughout. Not having known the original or the story, I found it fascinating and the acting superb. Very dark, manic but sensual.
Awful awful awful

I really don't know where to begin. Gobsmackingly bad - first film I have ever walked out of. Wooden doesn't come close to describing how bad the lead actor is, the story is completely different from the book, and it features all sorts of unnecessary horror moments.
