'An old plot with a new look'

I would avatar is a technically very sound movie.. The plot is very much the old plot where humans take on aliens (people from other/outer planets) ... The graphics and ct are very good.. I would say, some of the cast lacked the screen presence, however... the time taken for this movie to be made.. is something which might say, is not a great thing.. However, it is good for the new cinema audience and a way back for 3d movies.. !!
An obscene waste of £400m

Was dragged to this film by my husband. To be fair, am not a fan of science fiction. The 162 minutes didn\'t drag by as I had dreaded, but there is something about a film whose lead character saves the entire planet that just irritates me beyond belief.
Urgh.

In all honesty, I don't like movies like this. I went with my friend and sister who loved it, but I just found it completely nerdy and boring. Seriously. One thing I can say about it, the graphics WERE good..and I can understand why they spent so long making it. But it was so long! I almost fell asleep watching it! The plot was boring and dragged on for ages in my opinion, I really did not enjoy watching it. I couldn't wait to go home, and my mind kept drifting off completely from the movie. The way he kept emerging from a jelly-like tub was amusing because I just found it completely stupid. So.Boring. I wish I never saw it.
