What´s the plot?
A tense period thriller from writer/director Stephen Poliakoff, ‘Glorious 39’ stars Romola Garai, Bill Nighy, Julie Christie and David Tennant.

Set in London and Norfolk on the eve of World War II, a young actress, Anne Keyes, unearths a set of secret recordings in the family home that could prevent a war with Germany. The more Anne investigates the origin of the recordings the more dark secrets she begins to discover. Soon her friends begin to die in suspicious circumstances, and Anne finds herself in extreme danger.
