What a relief to see the expansion of the characters as they have aged, and seemingly not too much airbrushing in evidence either. As much as they felt like my contemporaries in the original series, so they do now with the way their lives have changed and developed. Some real sadness in the storyline made the joyful moments even moreso, and the escapism into style and fashion gave our party an excursion away from our every day lives, and some added hope for the human spirit! Five stars!!!!!

i cant believe there wont be any more

As an ardent fan of the Sex and the City series I had been really looking forward to the film. So disappointing. Dull storyline, frankly boring for the most part. None of the original spark. The girls all looked, frankly, old and haggard. So much better when they were free and single. Easily the worst film I have seen this year. Couldn't wait for it to finish so could get on with something more interesting.
