Unsurprisingly bad.
I saw Blood: The last Vampire in a theater at my university as part of the film society and there was hardly anyone in there, which just about says it all. It was poorly made this film with when it came to the action, jerky and close up camera movements so you couldn't see what was happening and the characters when moving half the time jerked awkwardly like in a silent black and white movie not to mention the blood was so fake.
But I thought the actress Alison Miller who played Alice her acting was reasonable and the music was superb but really this movie should be avoided like the plague.
