Not bad but not brilliant

A pretty average thriller with a few twists, most of which to be honest are quite transparent from the about 20 minutes in.
The initial operation is quite gory and will make you feel uncomfortable but as its the premise behind the film it is important and well done.
Apart from that the film is ok and there is one twist I wasn't expecting but overall a bit too predictable.
Still it has Jessica Alba in it so can't be all bad.

This movie will make you squirm in your seat with the oporation scenes! but will shock you and you wont want to believe what you find out! This is a must see movie! A movie with many twists and turns you'd never guess whos good and evil.

Brilliant film!!!

Has a couple of excellent twists, maybe a little predictable but still a great plot and ending to the film. My girlfriend loved the film to and this film has subsiquently triggered me to write this first review.

A must watch, one of the best films this year!
