Terms and Conditions UK

1. Promotional vouchers are valid for sale from 1st December until 31st December 2012. The voucher will be valid from date of purchase and can be used to purchase a standard seat for standard 2D film performances until 31st March 2013.

2. Offer open to UK residents who are 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Odeon Cinemas Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

3. Promotional vouchers are valid for all standard seats for standard 2D performances during the promotional period (1st December – 31st March 2013).  The vouchers cannot be upgraded to IMAX (ISENSE), Premier Seats, D-Box Seats, Club Seats or Gallery Seating.

4. 5 for 4 price is based on the cost of an Adult Peak ticket – per specific cinema.

5. Promotional vouchers allows access to performances at the cinema from which it is purchased only and cannot be used at other cinemas.

6. Promotional vouchers available for purchase at the following locations;

a. Covent Garden

b. Marble Arch

c. Liverpool One

d. Switch Island

e. Bromborough

f. Wrexham

7. Promotional vouchers are available in limited numbers only and once a cinema has sold its allocation there are no more available.

8. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed at the cinema box office and cannot be used at ODEON.co.uk, the ODEON Mobile site, ODEON Apps or via the Filmline or ATM. 

9. Promotional vouchers must be presented at time of purchase on day of performance, and can only be used once in respect of one admission ticket only. No reimbursement for previously purchased tickets will be allowed. Not valid for advance ticket purchases.  

10. In the event that a refund is required for the promotional vouchers, guests MUST present the original receipt and ALL 5 promotional vouchers to receive a refund. In the event a refund is required for a ticket after a voucher has been redeemed against it, a replacement voucher will be issued - there will be no cash refund.

11. Vouchers that are not redeemed within the promotional period will not be valid and no cash or refund will be issued for unused vouchers.

12. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount including Orange Wednesday and ODEON Premiere Club Film Fan Tuesdays. Not valid for ticket paid for with ODEON Points or an ODEON admission voucher. 

13. Odeon Première Club points are earned only when redeeming each voucher, not upon purchase of the booklet. ODEON Première Club points will be earned on the reduced purchase price printed on the ticket issued against one of the promotional vouchers. 

14. Tickets and seats remain subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms which are available for viewing online at odeon.co.uk The vouchers do not give preferential rights of access. 

15. Not valid for school bookings, corporate or private hires, or third party bulk tickets purchases. 

16. Promotional vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

17. Promotional vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be resold.

18. Void if altered, tampered with, forged, or damaged. 

19. Limited to two booklets per person.

20. Cinema manager’s decision is final in all aspects relating to this offer.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
