Terms & Conditions
1. The opening date for entries is 2nd December. The closing date for entries is 13th February 2012.
2. This promotion is open to all UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 10 years or over, excluding employees and their families of ODEON Cinema Holdings Ltd, DreamWorks and The Royal National Theatre their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Parental consent required for entrants under 18 years.
3. Prize winners under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the National Theatre trip.
4. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once you have purchased tickets online to see War Horse at ODEON.co.uk, ODEON mobile site (mobi.odeon.co.uk), ODEON iPhone App, ODEON Android App. Once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the booking transaction, we will automatically enter you into the draw.
5. Offer is not open to guests who book via the Box Office, ATM or Filmline.
6. There are 10 pairs of tickets to be won. The prize consists of one (1) trip for two (2) persons to see a Monday – Thursday showing of the production War Horse at the National Theatre (Southbank Centre, Southbank House, Black Prince Rd, London SE1 9PX) Plus £100 towards travel expenses only. Prize will be awarded as theatre ticket vouchers.
7. Theatre ticket vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of issue.
8. Prize is subject to booking availability and there is no cash or other prize alternative available, in whole or in part. Unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter, the prize will be awarded directly to the winners only.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal or greater value. The prize-winners agree that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result.
10. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable.
11. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
12. The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
13. The Promoters decision in all matters is final.
14. The winners’ names will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 27th February 2012. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
15. For names and counties of the winners, send a SAE to ‘War Horse National Theatre’ Winning Names, ODEON Cinemas, 54 Whitcomb Street, London, WC2H 7DN within 3 months of the closing date.
16. The prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales.
