Restrictions on free tickets, passes and vouchers
Restrictions apply to free tickets, passes and voucher redemptions.
There will always be a selection of films that your voucher can be used for, but the use of vouchers may be restricted in the first few weeks of the release of a specific film - this is referred to as the 'Free List Suspended' period.
As of 12th June 2013, the following films are Free List Suspended*.
- Man Of Steel 14th June - 27th June
- World War Z 21st June - 4th July
- Despicable Me 2 22nd June - 11th July
- Monsters University 12th July - 25th July
- Pacific Rim 12th July - 25th July
- The World's End 19th July - 1st August
- The Wolverine 25th July - 8th August

*Please check back here regularly for updates to the list of films. Information is subject to change.
Note - we have a large range of different vouchers available, each has different terms and conditions, so please check your voucher carefully for validity. ODEON Gift Vouchers are unaffected by the Free List Suspension period but cannot be used for over the phone (FilmLine), website or ATM bookings.
Free tickets, passes or other vouchers cannot be accepted for bookings made over the phone (FilmLine), website or ATM. In these instances bookings must be made in person at the cinema. The only exceptions are ODEON Guest Passes/Tickets, which can be used to book over the telephone (please see the reverse of the guest pass/ticket for details).
If you are unsure of the validity of your voucher for a specific film and/or time, please call the FilmLine on 0871 22 44 007 between 11am and 8pm (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras). Alternatively, please click here to contact us via email.
