1. The opening date for entries is 11th September 2012. The closing date for entries is 24th September 2012. The winners’ names will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified by email or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 24th October 2012.

2. This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 16 years old, excluding employees of ODEON Cinema Holdings Ltd, Momentum Pictures, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. 

3. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once you have purchased tickets online to see ‘Hope Springs’ at ODEON.co.uk, ODEON mobile site (mobi.odeon.co.uk), ODEON iPhone App, ODEON Android App, or ODEON Facebook Event Organiser. Once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the booking transaction, we will automatically enter you into the draw.

4. Offer is not open to guests who book via the Box Office, ATM or Filmline.

5. The main prize consists of a spa break for two people, including

a. 1 night in a country house hotel
b. full Scottish breakfast
c. a luxury thermal experience
d. £100 towards travel and spending money
e. Winner management including 24 hour emergency winner phone line
f. Secure signed for delivery

6. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18

7. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room or a family of 4 sharing a family room

8. Winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense

9. Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking.  Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability

10. Once a booking is confirmed, any name or date changes must be made in writing.  Where name or date changes, are possible they will incur an administration charge of £25 per change plus any additional supplier costs 

11. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, new year, valentine’s day, school holidays or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise

12. Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 60 days notice after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise
 
13. Prize must be taken before 31st August 2013 unless stated otherwise 

14. Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed  

15. Imagination Marketing will liaise directly with competition winners once their details have been announced              

16. Winners must have access to a personal email account on the  internet

17. Please note, if the prize includes a hotel stay, your winner will need a credit/debit card in order to check in for the security deposit     
         

18. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative, non-transferable and non-refundable.

19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal value. The prize-winner agrees that no liability shall be attached to ODEON or parties connected to ODEON as a result.

20. The prize-winners may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.

21. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.

22. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.

23. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable.

24. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

25. The Promoters decision is final.

26. In the event that the winner cannot contact the promoter with 7 working days it reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.

28. The competition/prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales.
