TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The closing date for entries is midnight on March 22nd 2012. The winners’ name will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified by email or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 22nd April 2012.

2. This promotion is open to all ODEON customers who are UK residents, excluding employees of ODEON Cinema Holdings Ltd, The Walt Disney Company Ltd, RealD 3D, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

3. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once you have purchased tickets to see ‘John Carter 3D’ between February 26th 2012 and 22nd March 2012 at ODEON.co.uk, ODEON mobile site (mobi.odeon.co.uk) or through the ODEON iPhone App. Once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the booking transaction, we will automatically enter you into the draw.

4. Offer is not open to guests who book via the Box Office, ATM or Filmline.

5. The prize consists of one (1) trip for two (2) people to San Juan, Puerto Rico, including:
• Return flights for winner and guest from nearest capital city to San Juan, Puerto Rico
• Car transfers from San Juan airport/hotel/San Juan airport, and all excursions
• Four nights hotel accommodation and breakfast at the Four Corners by Sheraton Palmas Del Mar
• Day trip to Rio Camuy River Cave Park
• Evening trip to Biobay
• Full day Batey Zipline Adventure Tour
• Admission to Arecibo Observatory
• Afternoon at Luquillo Beach
• $200 spending money
• Travel insurance

6. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18

7. Dates of travel are 22nd April 2012 – 22nd April 2013 subject to availability, excluding 5th December 2012 to 2nd January 2013, and 28th March to 8th April 2013.

8. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative, non-transferable and non-refundable.

9. Flights to San Juan will depart from the winner’s nearest capital city.

10. Economy flights may be indirect.

11. Hotel accommodation is based on two people sharing one room.  Hotel will require a valid credit card to cover incidentals (room service, telephone, etc).

12. Winners must have valid ID cards/passports and applicable visas and permissions.

13. Any potential winner and their proposed guest will be required to a sign a prize acceptance and release from in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.

14. The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.

16. Entries become the absolute property of the Promoters and will not be returned.

17. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable.

18. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

19. The Promoter undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate email, internet and other communication links but is not otherwise responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; electronic, hardware, or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; errors in transmission; or prize deliveries attempted but not received.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
21. The Promoters decision is final.

22. In the event that the winner cannot contact the Promoter within 3 days from date of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.

23. For name and county of the winner, send a SAE to ‘John Carter 3D’ Winning Names, ODEON Cinemas, 54 Whitcomb Street, London, WC2H 7DN.

24. The competition/prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales.

25. No purchase necessary for N. Ireland. Enter by post to ODEON / ‘John Carter 3D’, 54 Whitcomb Street, London WC2H 7DN to arrive by 22nd March 2012. Only one postal entry per stamped envelope and per household. The Promoter will only use personal details from postal entries for the purposes of administrating this prize draw, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission, except where required by law. 
26. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
