‘Muppets’ ODEON Première Club Promotion Terms and conditions

1. The closing date for entries is midnight 17th February 2012. The winners’ name will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified by e-mail on 15th March 2012.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents who are 16 or over, excluding employees, agents, affiliates, officers or directors of ODEON, Walt Disney Pictures, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
3. Entry to the prize draw is automatic if you join the ODEON Première Club via the ODEON website at ODEON.co.uk or in cinema at the box office between 13th January 2012 and 17th February 2012 inclusive. If you register via the ODEON website, we will automatically enter you into the prize draw, once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the registration process.
4. Offer not open to guests who book on the Filmline or WAP.
5. The prize will consist of all of the following:
Return flights for 2 from London to Las Vegas and then fly home from Los Angeles.
Car hire included for the duration of the holiday **
** CAR HIRE IS FOR DRIVERS WITH VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE AND OVER 25 YEARS.  WINNERS WHO DO NOT POSSESS THIS WILL BE GIVEN TRANSFERS FROM AIRPORT/HOTEL/AIRPORT AND DOMESTIC FLIGHTS FROM RENO TO LOS ANGELES.
2 nights accommodation at CIRCUS CIRCUS HOTEL & CASINO Las Vegas.
$100 USD spending money for gambling or meals

6. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative, non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal value. The prize winner agrees that no liability shall be attached to ODEON or parties connected to ODEON as a result.
8. The promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible (including proof of age and proof that you are the authorised account holder of the ODEON Première Club Card used to enter the prize draw).
9. The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
10. By entering the prize draw, you agree that you have read and understood these rules and will be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. In the event that the promoter cannot contact the winner within 2 weeks it reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original

14. The Promoter undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate email, internet and other communication links but is not otherwise responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; electronic, hardware, or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; errors in transmission; or prize deliveries attempted but not received.
15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
16. Northern Ireland entrants only. No purchase necessary for N. Ireland. Enter by post to ODEON / ‘Muppets’ ident’ Prize Draw, 54 Whitcomb Street, London WC2H 7DN to arrive by 17th February 2012. Only one postal entry per stamped envelope and per household. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable. Entries become the absolute property of the promoter and will not be returned. The promoter will only use personal details from postal entries for the purposes of administrating this prize draw, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission, except where required by law. 
17. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
