About this Film

Sweet-natured love story 'Begin Again' centres on the relationship between a budding singer-songwriter and a down-on-his-luck music executive.

English singer-songwriter Greta (Keira Knightley) moves to Manhattan with her rock star boyfriend, but he soon kicks her to the curb. While performing a set in a bar, Greta catches the attention of a kindred soul: the miserable former music biz hot shot Dan. Soon after, Dan and Greta team up and start making sweet music together.

'Begin Again' is written and directed by John Carney, the filmmaker behind Irish musical 'Once' and features real-life music stars Adam Levine and CeeLo Green.

Great uplifting film, definitely worth it. Unexpected talent mixed together from Kiera Knightly to Adam Levine, music is awesome and the story line fits. Good moods all around. 5*

Went to see this film with very low expectations; what a lovely surprise we got. This is the feel good movie of the summer. Keira Knightley is either absolutely brilliant at acting, or is just being herself - either way, she's delightful.

Love it!

What a great film. Really we'll written and great performances from the whole cast. They don't make em like this anymore but I am glad they did. Keira Knightley, New York, fantastic soundtrack, intelligent sharp story telling, what's not to like?

Great film

This is a great little film. Keira Knightley as lead singer seems a step too far but it works surprisingly well with some carefully written appropriate songs. A nice feel good film for a change!
