Looking back, I think I went in expecting Alice & Wonderland, due to how ridiculously creative & visually stunning that was. This on the other hand, I thought had a good lead, casting wise but other than that I felt this film lacked in the imagination department, I don't usually fidget during films unless I find them boring, as this was.

A modern classic

I felt this was as good as the Gene Wilder Willy Wonka and will be watched by kids/adults for years to come. Part fantasy, war, time travel epic with shades of Titanic and Jason and the Argonauts. I absolutely loved it!
