Restrictions apply to free tickets, passes and voucher redemptions.
There will always be a selection of films that your voucher can be used for, but the use of vouchers may be restricted in the first few weeks of the release of a specific film - this is referred to as the 'Free Passes Restricted' period. Please note that CEA card free carer ticket have no restrictions.
During this period, free tickets, passes and vouchers cannot be used.

Note - we have a large range of different vouchers available, each has different terms and conditions, so please check your voucher carefully for validity. ODEON Gift Vouchers are unaffected by the Free List Suspension period but cannot be used for over the phone (FilmLine), website or ATM bookings.
Free tickets, passes or other vouchers cannot be accepted for bookings made over the phone (FilmLine), website or ATM. In these instances bookings must be made in person at the cinema. The only exceptions are ODEON Guest Passes/Tickets, which can be used to book over the telephone (please see the reverse of the guest pass/ticket for details).
