Midnight and early morning screenings at ODEON

Midnight screenings at ODEON

ODEON offer a range of midnight screenings for some of the biggest films. These screenings are normally at 00:01, 00:15 or 00:30. Meaning one minute, fifteen minutes or thirty minutes past midnight on the date listed.

ODEON use twenty four hour times on our websites and apps, to identfy the showtimes. We also assign the correct date and day for these performances.

For example, if we list a screening as Friday 6th 00:15, that means that this screening will be in the early hours of Friday morning. Or, another way to describe that, would be late night on Thursday 5th. However, these screening would not be listed as Thursday 5th 00:015.

Common guest confusion. There are often times when our guests book for midnight screenings, but turn up for the wrong day, normally the following day. For example, for a screening listed as Friday 6th 00:15, we somtimes have guests come to the cinema late Friday night, for a performance into Saturday morning. This of course is not correct, and leads the guest having missed their film.

Please ensure that you check your film times carefully so that you do not miss your screening, If it is a busy film, we may not be able to refund you or get you a ticket to that screening.

Remember our rule; the screening will always be for the date that is listed. If we list this as Friday, it will be for the Friday early morning, not the Friday night into Saturday morning.

Early morning screenings at ODEON

ODEON often run early morning screenings at some of our cinemas. These can range from 7am to 11am, depending on the cinema.

As with midnight screenings, ODEON always use twenty four hour times to display our screening times. So for example, if we list a screening as Friday 6th at 07:00, that  means this screening is a morning screening, at 7am. Not an evening screening at 7pm.

Common guest confusion: There are often times when our guests book for morning screenings, when they think they are booking for an evening screening. This is often the case when the morning show is the only show for that day for that film. So the display times states Friday 6th 07:00.

Please ensure that you check your film times carefully so that you do not miss your screening, If it is a busy film, we may not be able to refund you or get you a ticket to that screening.

Remember our rule; We use twenty four hour times on our website. If a time is listed as 07:00, that will be an AM screening, not a PM screening. In this example, a PM screening would be listed as 19:00.
