1. The closing date for entries is 8th December 2008. Winner’s name will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 8th January 2008.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 years old, excluding employees of ODEON Cinema Holdings Ltd, Warner Bros. Pictures, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
3. One prize is available.

5. The prize will consist of a trip to Morrocco. Details are as follows:
   • Prize is a holiday for two to Morrocco for 5 nights (30th March-4th April 2009) with 2 nights in Marrakech, half board, airport transfers, city tour and night tour of Marrakech, 4 wheel drive vehicles with guides, 2 nights in Ouarzazate, half board, Atlas Studios, Day tour of Zagora, 1 night in Marrakech with breakfast and travel insurance and flights to and from London and Marrakech.
6. Dates of travel are between 30th March-4th April 2009
7. All prize winners must be legally entitled to accept the prize and if under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All prize winners shall be responsible for their own travel to and from the airport within the UK.
8. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative.
9. Flights will be economy class and will depart from a London airport.
10. Prize winner and friend must make and pay for: their own travel arrangements to and from the UK airport; any meals; drinks; hotel incidentals; telephone calls; room service; or any other costs incurred by the prize winner and/or friend.
11. Hotel is based on 2 people sharing a twin room.
12. At least one person travelling must be over 18 years or over.
13. Management Agency to look after the prizewinner will be included.
14. Prizewinner is responsible for ensuring all persons travelling have valid passports and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with national/international travel and/or immigration regulations.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal value. The prizewinner agrees that no liability shall be attached to ODEON or parties connected to ODEON as a result.
16. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or offered for sale.
17. There is no cash alternative.
18. The prizewinner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.

20. The prizewinner will be awarded on a fair and random basis and all prizes have been made available for distribution. Details of the prizewinners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope 7 days after the closing date to the address below.
21. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once you have purchased tickets to see ‘Body of Lies’ at ODEON using the link from this page or www.ODEON.co.uk/fanatic/great_offers. Once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the transaction, we will automatically enter you into the draw.
22. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
23. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.
