TERMS & CONDITIONS – 'Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince'
The closing date for entries is midnight 26th July 2009. The Winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified by e-mail or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 22nd August 2009.
This promotion is open to UK residents aged 8 years or over excluding employees and their families of ODEON Cinemas Ltd, Warner Bros, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
If you book for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince at odeon.co.uk you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Offer not open to guests who book via the Box Office, Filmline, Sky Active or WAP. One entry per transaction.
There is one prize, which consists of a visit to the film set of Harry Potter at Leavesden Studios situated in Hertfordshire in the UK for the winner and a guest.
One member of the party must be aged at least 18 years old and both participants must be aged 8 or over. Prizewinners may be required to sign a prize acceptance form before the prize is awarded. If a prizewinner is under the age of 18 years, a parent of guardian may be required to sign a prize acceptance for before the prize is awarded.
There is no cash alternative to the stated prize which is non-transferable and cannot be sold or offered for sale.
The dates for the prize will take place between September – December 2009 and shall be confirmed by the promoter. This date will be non-negotiable.
This prize includes 2 nights hotel accommodation with breakfast, transfers to the studio and travel insurance. This prize also includes train travel to and from Watford Junction Station. The hotel is based on 2 people sharing 1 room. Prizewinner will be required to give credit card details to the hotel to cover any incidentals.
There will be a management agency to look after the prizewinner.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal value. The prizewinner agrees that no liability shall be attached to ODEON or parties connected to ODEON as a result.
The prizewinner may be required to participate in related publicity
By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
The Promoters decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into
In the event that the promoter cannot contact the winner within 4 weeks it reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
No recording equipment (including camera phones) are permitted on set, any electrical items will be removed upon arrival.
