'Indiana Jones' Terms and conditions


  1. The closing date for entries is 30th May 2008. Winners’ names will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 10th July 2008.
  2. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. The first name drawn at random will receive a holiday to Santa Fe. Details are:
    • RETURN FLIGHTS FROM LONDON – ALBUQUERQUE
    • RETURN AIRPORT TRANSFERS TO SANTA FE
    • 5-NIGHTS HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AT HOTEL SANTA FE INCLUDING BREAKFAST

    • TRAVEL INSURANCE
    • Package is for 2 adults over the age of 18 years
    • Dates of travel must be between November 2008 and March 2009 excluding the Christmas period

    • ¨Hotel based on sharing 1 room.
    • ¨Management Agency to look after the prize winners is included both UK/USA

  6. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable
  7. ¨Winner and guest must have valid passports and visas if applicable
  8. ¨At least one person travelling must be over 18
  9. Travel insurance will be included
  10. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once you have purchased tickets to see ‘Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull’ at ODEON using the link from this page. Once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the transaction, we will automatically enter you into the free draw.
  11. This promotion is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of odeon cinema holdings ltd., universal pictures, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
  13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  14. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.
  15. After 11th July 2008, the names of the winners can be obtained on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope from: ‘Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull’ Winning Names, 54 Whitcomb Street, London, WC2H 7DN.
  16. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable.
  17. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  18. Odeon's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
