1. The closing date for entries is 12th January 2009. Winners' names will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 12th February 2008.
2. The star prize is a signed copy of the official film poster.
3. This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 years old, excluding employees of ODEON Cinema Holdings Ltd, Entertainment Films Distributors, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
4. Offer not open to guests who book via the Box Office, Sky Active or WAP.
5. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative.
6. Management Agency to look after the prizewinner will be included.
7. Prizewinner is responsible for ensuring all persons travelling have valid passports and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with national/international travel and/or immigration regulations.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal value. The prizewinner agrees that no liability shall be attached to Odeon or parties connected to Odeon as a result.
9. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold or offered for sale.
10. There is no cash alternative.
11. The prizewinner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
12. The prizewinner will be awarded on a fair and random basis and all prizes have been made available for distribution. Details of the prizewinners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope 7 days after the closing date to the address below.
13. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once you have purchased tickets to see 'Inkheart' at ODEON using the link from this page or www.odeon.co.uk/fanatic/great_offers. Once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the transaction, we will automatically enter you into the draw.
14. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
15. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.
16. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable.
17. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
18. The Promoters decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. In the event that the promoter cannot contact the winner within 4 weeks it reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
