'Sex And The City' Terms and conditions



  1. The closing date for entries is 9th June 2008. Winners’ names will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 9th July 2008.
  2. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. The prize is for a 3 night holiday for two adults to New York City.
  4. Accommodation is at the Sofitel New York for two adults sharing on a room only basis (staying Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
  5. Flight, and under occupancy supplements and taxes are included.
  6. Any additional upgrades may be added at the full advertised price.
  7. Additional people may be added to the holiday, subject to availability and at the full advertised price.
  8. Holiday insurance is not included in the prize
  9. Flights are from London.
  10. Travel to and from UK airports is not included and is at the winner’s own cost.
  11. The prize is subject to availability. If the prize is not available then an alternative holiday will be offered to the equivalent cost of the original prize.
  12. The prize is non-transferable and the winner must travel. Non-refundable or changeable once you have booked your holiday.
  13. There is no cash alternative.
  14. The holiday must be booked within 21 days of being informed and the holiday must be taken within six months.
  15. All travel is subject to availability and may exclude Bank Holidays. Blackout dates apply
  16. Netflights.com shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on the netflights.com powered by Airline Network PLC website.
  17. The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
  18. The prize winner will be awarded on a fair and random basis and all prizes have been made available for distribution. Details of the prize-winners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope 7 days after the closing date to the address below.
