'What Happens in Vegas' Terms and conditions


  1. The closing date for entries is 25th May 2008. Winners’ names will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail or post as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than 14th June 2008.
  2. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. The first name drawn at random will receive a trip for two to Las Vegas:
    • Return flights for two people to Las Vegas (a)
    • Return Limousine transfers from the airport to the hotel
    • 5 Nights accommodation at The Bellagio Hotel & Casino Resort (b)
    • The Ultimate Grad Canyon Adventure Helicopter Ride to include:
      • Luxury jet from Vegas past Hoover Dam to Grand Canyon
      • Land at Colorado River for a pontoon boat ride
      • Hualapai Tribal Lands
      • Limousine transfers
      • Buffet Lunch
      • Extravagant 3 course evening meal at Mix (c)
      • £500.00 spending money
      • Travel insurance

    (a) Travel excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, Bank Holidays and School holidays (both UK and USA). Flights must include a Saturday night stay in Las Vegas.
    (b) Hotel is officially classed as a 5 Star deluxe and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis. Must include a Friday or Saturday night stay.
    (c) Winner to enjoy a 3 course evening meal with ½ a bottle of wine per person.

  4. Prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
  5. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once you have purchased tickets to see ‘What Happens In Vegas’ at ODEON using the link from this page. Once the confirmation screen has appeared at the end of the transaction, we will automatically enter you into the free draw.
  6. This promotion is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of ODEON Cinema Holdings Ltd., 20th Century Fox Entertainment, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  7. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  9. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.
  10. After the 14th June 2008, the names of the winners can be obtained on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope from: ‘What Happens in Vegas’ Winning Names, 54 Whitcomb Street, LONDON, and WC2H 7DN.
  11. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications acceptable.
  12. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  13. ODEON's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
