An inspiring experience for all

We passionately believe the inspiring cinema experience should be open to all. When you come to see us at ODEON Richmond, we’ll do all we can to make you feel welcome and comfortable — if there’s anything you need, just ask one of your cinema hosts.

Our cinema has disabled access, except for Screens 1, 6 and 7, so you can enjoy our great facilities — from scrumptious snacks at our retail stands to soothing hot drinks at Costa. All tills and service points have hearing induction loops.

Wheelchair access in Hill St is available in screens 2 & 3 via the doors to the side of the cinema once tickets have been purchased. There is an automatic door at the front of the cinema gaining access to the front foyer where Ben & Jerry’s, Costa and the ATM's are located. As you move through the cinema you can find fully accessible toilets on the ground floor of ODEON Hill Street and towards the entrances of Screens 4 and 5 at ODEON Studios.

Screens 2 - 5 are all fully accessible, with wheelchair spaces in each. All wheelchair spaces are accompanied by a companion seat and all screens are fitted for infra red enabling Audio Description (film specific) or extra amplification via headset.

CEA Card: As part of a general cinema industry initiative, all our cinemas accept the CEA Card which entitles the holder to one free ticket for their carer. For further information please visit www.ceacard.co.uk (opens in a new window).
