ODEON Première Club is changing from 6 May 2019
At ODEON we’re committed to giving guests a fantastic cinema experience. As part of this commitment we’ve conducted a review of our ODEON Première Club and we have listened to your feedback.
As a result, we’re going to be creating a new rewards programme that will give members more of the things they love. In the meantime, we’ll be changing ODEON Première Club.
From 6 May 2019 members will no longer be able to earn ODEON Première Club points. However, members can continue to use the points accumulated up until their expiry 12 months after they were purchased/ earned.
Members can continue to use the points they do have in the normal way and still have until 6 May to earn points.
If a member has an advance booking for a film on or after 6 May 2019 onwards, they won’t earn points on that showing.

What does this mean for me?
It means from 6 May you will no longer be able to earn ODEON Premiere Club points.
Your points are added to your account from the time of the performance, not the time of the booking. So you won’t earn any points for advanced bookings for film showings on or after 6 May 2019.
Can I still spend my points?
Yes, you can spend any points you have in the normal way.
You can spend your points on a range of soft drinks and snacks or use them to get film tickets in cinema or online.
Will points still expire in this period?
Yes, your points will continue to expire 12 months after they were purchased / earned - in the same way that they currently do.
I’ve just joined, can I get a refund?
Yes, we can refund the introductory points that you have paid for, if you haven’t spent them and they haven’t expired. If you want to do this, please contact our Guest Services team.
Are you closing down ODEON Premiere Club?
At this stage we’re making changes to prepare for the future.
I have booked for a performance after 6 May, will I still earn those points?
If you have made an advance booking for a showing on 6 May 2019 onwards, you won’t earn points on that booking because points earned from purchasing a ticket are added to your account after the performance, not at the time of booking.
I don’t have enough points on my card to spend and I can’t earn anymore, what do I do?
You still have until 6 May 2019 to collect more points. If you have concerns about your points balance, please contact our Guest Services team.
